We engaged Mark to assist us with an analysis of our current management structure and following deliberations to advise whether changes were necessary, and if so, what he would recommend. His willingness to accommodate our time constraints was especially valued.

A number of years ago Elmbrook Technologies sent all staff members to two particularly relevant seminars, one related more to self improvement and the other was targeted more directly at selling.
